HANDMADE DOLLS

Due to the custom nature of the dolls, all sales are final. Each doll is made to order and production will take 1-3 weeks on average. Please contact us at hello@thelinneacompany.com if you have any questions/concerns prior to purchase.

Pick up is only an option if the item purchased is for a specific event. For example, dolls pre-ordered as part of an event (Makers Market, Craft Fair, or another special event) will have the shipping option of “pickup” to avoid delivery fees, as the dolls will be brought to the event instead of being shipped.

Please note that shipping times will increase in November and December due to pre-holiday sales. Please order by December 1st if ordering for the holidays.

Should there be any issue with a doll received, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at thelinneacompany@gmail.com. Please indicate your order number. Should there be an error made on my part, I will do my best to fix the situation.

Each handmade doll ships USPS Priority Class with tracking included within the United States. We currently ship to the US and Canada. If you are interested in our products outside of the US/Canada- please email us and we are more than happy to look into shipping options for you!

*Please confirm your address before you check out as you may incur reshipping costs if your package is returned to us.

**Shipping to Canada is now available, all items will be shipped via USPS First Class Package International. Actual delivery time will depend on the efficiency of your local mail service and customs procedures in your country. If you are interested in shipping to somewhere other than the US or Canada- please email us, and we’ll be more than happy to see what options we have.

Buyers are responsible for all international customs and excise fees. The cost varies by country, so please check this out locally before you purchase a doll. I am unable to refund any orders that are sent back as a result of customs and excise fees. It is illegal for me to mark items as a 'gift' on customs labels. 

FAQS

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER? Regarding all items excluding the handmade dolls- should you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please do so within 24 hours. After 24 hours, changes and cancellations cannot be made as the item will be in production.

HOW SHOULD I REPORT A MISSING ITEM/DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM FROM MY ORDER? Please report any damaged or missing items to hello@thelinneacompany.com within 7 days of delivery.
